Refund policy

No Refunds; Exchanges Only


  • Regularly priced items can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items eligible for exchange must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all packaging and tags attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a discount voucher will be provided as a replacement.
  • For hygienic reasons, items such as jewelry, accessories, and undergarments cannot be exchanged.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Each item can be exchanged one time only
  • Exchanged items are not eligible for another exchange.
  • You may exchange an item for any other available item. If the new item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. If the new item costs less, no cash refund will be provided.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, a refund discount voucher will be issued to your account. The voucher is valid for 12 months and is for one-time use only.
  • Custom or bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by our team through written confirmation. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any unnotified returns.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is found to be faulty. In such cases, we will first verify the fault before issuing a refund for the return shipping cost.

We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the returned item does not meet our return policy guidelines. If the returned goods are not faulty, damaged, or do not match the description on our website, you will not be entitled to an exchange, and the goods will be returned to you at your expense.
